Return Policy

Whisper Wind Gallery accepts returns within one week (or 7 days) of delivery. We ask that the BUYER retain the original packaging materials for shipping.  Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, in unused condition, with original undamaged packaging or other packaging materials of the same quality, and must use a delivery service with a traceable shipping method (Canada Post, UPS).

Whisper Wind Gallery Inc. covers the cost for returns of quality related issues, damage prior to or during shipping, loss during shipping, or error in production.  

We are not responsible for artwork that is stolen, exposed to weather or animals so please ensure you can accept the package upon delivery.  If returned to us, the customer will have to pay the second shipping fees.  

We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.  This must be done through email and specify in detail the quality issue.  If possible, send photos of the issue as well.  After reviewing the claim, we will respond with a decision on options.  We will respond to you with instructions for the next steps.   A refund will be sent if determined that the damage is not minor, sole discretion to determine if minor or not is with Whisper Wind Gallery Inc.  If a refund is required, it  will be processed by the same method you paid when possible within two weeks after receiving the returned item(s).  

Once the piece safely reaches Whisper Wind Gallery Inc., we will process your return and if a shipping fee is owed to the customer, it will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your artwork return. Whisper Wind Gallery Inc. is not responsible for undelivered returns. Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.
